Beisbol Scores

Rays 9, Yankees 7: Except for Mariano Rivera! Mo gave up 4 runs (3 earned) in 2/3 of an inning. It was an inspired performance. He might as well retire.

Royals 6, Blue Jays 2: Luke Hochevar did what Zach “Fraud” Greinke couldn’t - beat the BJ’s. MLB.com went with “Luke a force in win.” I don’t get it.

Dodgers 3, Phillies 2, 12 innings: Andre Ethier hit a walk-off home run after hitting a walk-off single the day before.

Rockies 10, Cardinals 1: Aaron Cook went 8 strong (*flexes*) innings, giving up 4 hits and 1 run in triumph. Ian Stewart went 3-4 with 3 runs and 5 RBIs.

Nationals 7, Mets 1: ‘Nats trap Mets in “Lann” of lost art’ - Now that is how you reach. Nick Johnson had some hits and RBIs.

Marlins 5, Giants 4: There was an 84-minute rain delay and it rained while they were playing too. San Francisco rallied and had the go-ahead run at the plate in the 9th. Luckily, all the fans were there to cheer the Marlins to victory!
